Demonstration at Dimmitt County, June 1996 & Initial pilot plant.

Plastic Waste.

Having been advised, that this process had some merit to it, by many multidiscipline professionals, from Patent Lawyers to fellow Engineers, we have dedicated time and moneys to the Plastic Waste dilemma.

The demonstration two years ago, in South Texas, of the process for making a plastic landscaping timber from Plastic Waste was successful, using minimal line equipment complementing same with equipment designed and built there. This exercise yielded a product, see picture, that could be used, and bought for a price that any user would be willing to pay.

Note: This particular end product takes the place of the disappearing "railroad tie" used in gardens everywhere.

We manufactured a sellable product in a fashion thus that the manufacturer would be left with money at the end of the manufacturing/sale/collection process.

It is this Prospectus, that we offer for sale, to interested investors offering them to start 2007, RECYCLING and in an "earning" MODE.
