Cactus Industrialization

As with the Mesquite, we have paid attention to the Nopal Cactus, here in the Southwest of the United States and in Mexico, and have presented it's worth as a foodstuff of great commercial value.

In each case, the Mesquite and the Cactus, the large number of employed do not come from those employed elsewhere, but it comes from those for whom the Information Age, does not seem to have a job offer. You, reading this, would not be a candidate, I'm sure, to harvest either Mesquite (27 million hectares in US alone) or Cactus.

Theoretically 15,000 people would be put to work directly, and over 100,000 indirectly.
