Mesquite Industrialization
Prosopis, has been tagged by the studious, as the important, leguminous that fed and heated and cured the Indians of the Southwest and many more "original peoples" around the world.
I have chosen to apply to the Mesquite beans and the whole tree, the 30 years of knowledge acquired in the handling of different foodstuffs, we have concluded that there is gold in them there beans, and the rest of the tree. With limited experimentation, increasing every year, we apply the practical knowledge acquired handling from tomatoes to fish to the Mesquite, and feel we have a winning proposition.
Presentations were made to Dr. Peter Felker of Texas A&M University at Kingsville before he left for Argentina to manage the mesquite of that country, since, to his assistant Mr. Robert Ohm, we also have spoken of our project to Mesquite interested parties in Peru, Dr. Cruz of University of Piura, in South Africa, Mr. Brandt Coetzee and M.Sc Carl Stoltsz, in New Mexico with Mr. David Perino of San Pedro Mesquite, and in Basdrop, Texas to the Los Amigos del Mesquite (LADM) president Mr. Jesse Rosales of RedRock, Texas and past presidents, Mr. David Miller and Mr. Ohm.
Are you, who reads this page, a possible investor in this project?, if so, E mail us your request. Next harvest June 2007. We are ready to sawmill lumber, pelletize beans and leaves and twigs, package lumber for BBQ'ing.
